Poblano Peppers

Poblano peppers are mild chili peppers from Mexico, usually dark green and heart-shaped. They have a rich, slightly smoky flavor with mild heat, making them ideal for stuffing, roasting, or adding to sauces. When dried, they are called ancho chilies.
