Mitmita

Mitmita is a fiery Ethiopian spice blend made primarily from ground bird’s eye chili peppers, along with cardamom, cloves, and salt. It’s much hotter than berbere and is typically used to season raw or cooked meats, lentils, and stews, adding an intense, sharp heat and aromatic flavour.
